We are Jetset Partners UK Ltd, with company number 16530336 and offices registered at Andersen LLP 20 Gracechurch Street, 11^th Floor, London, United Kingdom, EC3V 0BG (‘’JETSET UK’’, “we”, “us”, ‘’ours’’). JETSET UK provides reformer pilates classes at various studios in the UK (“Services”) and may from time to time sell products related to the Services (“Products”). JETSET UK is granted a licence to own and operate JETSET studios in the UK (“Studio(s)”) by JETSET Franchising LLC.  Therefore, although generally, JETSET UK is an independent data controller in respect of your personal information, in certain circumstances:

• JETSET UK and JETSET Franchising LLC operate as joint controllers for the purposes of processing your personal data. This means that your personal data may be shared with JETSET Franchising LLC where we jointly determine the means and purposes of the processing. Where we do act as joint controllers, we have various legal responsibilities around the use of such personal data in connection with the operation of our Studios. Where JETSET UK acts as an independent data controller, this privacy notice sets out the basis on which any of your personal information we collect from you or third parties, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

• create an online account or sign up for a trial (if applicable) with JETSET UK or JETSET Franchising LLC;

• purchase any Products from our Website or subscribe to any of our Services;
• attend our events;
• contact or request information from us in any other way;
• participate in our voluntary customer surveys or other market research, feedback and survey responses to help us improve the types of Products and Services we offer to you;
• interact with us – we may collect and/or generate certain data about you as part of our interactions with you;
• communicate with us via social media and networking websites, third party apps or similar technologies;
• from information we generate about you during our relationship with you such as: footage and recordings, technical data collected from cookies and other similar technologies which are described below when you use our Website; and

In order to provide our Services, we (and our third-party providers and business partners who enable us to operate our Website and app), may collect and process your personal information including:

Please note that JETSET UK does not itself collect and/or store your financial information (such as bank account details and/or bank transactions), nor your payment card details. This information is collected and handled by a third party who we work with in order to provide the Services.

If you contact us with a complaint or query, we may keep a record of this and the period of time it took for us to deal with a query or any request you had. We may also record your levels of satisfaction with the Services we have provided.
